THE CANNOLIS is a new animated project…the first ever MAFIA cartoon conceived as a hybrid of “Family Guy” and “The Sopranos.”

All characters are named after Italian foods.

THE CANNOLIS are a middle class family living in New York City’s Little Italy.

Dominic Cannoli is a family man who runs the Club Paisan. He lives above the club with his wife, four kids and his mother.

Antonio Tortellini, A/K/A Tonio, is Boss of the Tortellini crime family and owner of the Club Paisan. He portrays himself as a legitimate businessman, all the while the FBI is listening in.

The two families’ everyday interaction with each other and the surrounding neighborhood characters provide never-ending humorous situations and twisted plotlines.

The show’s core will be structured on parodies of MAFIA movies, television shows, books and actual
historic events, etc.
